The HEALING●MIND●BODY INSTITUTE of Austin, TX is a Cultural Institute that aims to offer you the integration of the Healing and Martial arts.

This training improves endurance, strength, muscle tone, coordination and flexibility.

The MARTIAL ARTS challenge the body, stimulate the mind, and develop inner strength.

 

The HEALING ARTS restore body - mind - spirit to a state of harmony.

Treatments include: deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports massage, Zen Shiatsu, Reiki, Chi Gong, Meditation & Yoga.

Ancient teachings and holistic practices for healing mind body and heart.

Our Cultural Center promotes unity through the diversities of different cultures.          

The LANGUAGE ARTS include teachings to read, write and speak over six languages: Italian, English, French, German, Portuguese & Spanish. We offer high level translation services from and into any of the above mentioned languages.
